Anusuya is the Founder and CEO of Migite, a company focused on helping businesses fundamentally change how they operate and deliver value to their customers. As an individual who is passionate about learning, she has always been on the lookout for new and creative ways of enhancing people’s lives by leveraging technology.
Anusuya realized early on that there was a growing need for training to develop into something that offers impactful and long-lasting results. For her coaching in combination with micro-learning is the way forward - the discovery of her own solutions and answers to problems. During the pandemic, her team decided to focus on developing their own innovative cloud-based digital coaching platform - MigiACE.
MigiACE can be used as a tool to help individuals develop skills and competencies to grow and prosper.

Kiru brings a passion for people development and coaching to his role of leading the product and design teams to build a platform that combines the very best of digital coaching technology and people excellence strategies to create a lasting and meaningful career and business impact.
He is dedicated to helping MigiACE deliver on its mission of bringing continuous people excellence to its customers. He believes the formula for people excellence is very simple on paper, but challenging to synthesize in a useful way: AI-powered People technology + Integration of Human talent & passion = High Organizational ROE.
Kiru always keeps a keen eye on the horizon for new, powerful tech solutions and changes in people development trends to leverage, ensuring that MigiACE has a very exciting product innovation roadmap ahead.

Filling in the Gap in Coaching
Gejan is the resident tech enthusiast and indoors man of the team.
He has extensive experience in maintaining and using low code platform tools, Microsoft SQL Database, Java, and Deluge programming languages to craft custom solutions to meet the ever-changing and ever-evolving technology needs of the populace. He has been doing this for more than half a decade.
Solving problems with innovative solutions is what he loves to do, and he believes there is no sense banging your head against an obstacle when finding another way to overcome it gets you results more efficiently.
Filling in the gap in coaching is the reason he is excited about MigiACE. Plugging this gap will see coaching rise to a new level, thus helping people to grow and become better than they were yesterday and in turn strengthening organizations as a whole.
